Took my money and she said I could cancel at any time and I had canceled the next day

I sign up for this and I was told I could cancel. The very next day that is what I did. I sent emails telling them I wanted my money back and I did think this was for me. Never Heard from them and then I got my statement showing the withdrawal and I couldn't find any of my informantion on this email or telephone number so my son helped me find it on google and then I found out I was taken for my money.
