Richview Financial ripped me off for 750.00 and won't refund me!

I was approved for a 5000.00 loan from Richview Financial. I spoke with Allen Vanguard who was the loan agent and also talked to Robert Johnson who was the processor. I wired the money to them and never received my loan and they will not refund me my money.

I talked to them numerous times and then the story changed to the "check is in the mail".

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Faud in Kansas.

I have 2 children and a disbaled partner and losing this money has really hit us hard.
