Ocwen Federal Bank ripoff business from hell

I can not belive how I have been lied to harrased and threatend by this company. I have been trying to straiten out my account for the last six months. I get a call everyday sometimes two threting me and harassing me for payments that have been made.

I have paid thosands of dollars in payments and penalties and they keep coming up with more penalties they say that have not been paid. They apply the house payment to these bogus penalties that keep poping up and nobody knows what they are for then they say they did not receive the payment on time.

Then they add late charges and send a bill a week after it was just paid saying that you owe them two payment plus two late charges. The house payment is suppose to be $501.22 but the whole time they have had the account it has never been this amount or the same amount twice. They have lost a payment that has never been resolved they wont even talk about it or try to find it they just keep saying we owe them more. And if we dont pay it they will destroy our credit.

I have not talked to the same person twice. When you ask for a certin person they are either off that day on vacation or no longer even there. And half the time the person you are talking to or trying to talk to cant even speak english. Now when we try to call them in the evening and ask for a supervisor we get hung up on.

I have taked to Shawna Bathe, Rebeca Oneil, Hilary Zarogoza, and some guy named Alex who would not give me his last name. I have atemted to e-mail and talk to there boss Ed Vansciver but he will not call me or answer my e-mail.

I to had my account sold to them by another company, my wife and I have 26 years of nothing but AAA excelent credit and these incompitent ripp off moreons are on the verg of destroing it.
