Constantly calling 2-3 times and very rude

Constantly calling 2-3 times a day demanding a call back for some debt that I have already settled out with. I see their name (P&C&A) listed on my credit report for derogatory negatives. Has lowered my FICO score considerably. Not fair. (They should of at least giving me a heads -up in-writing.
