I want to start out by saying, that my wife is the one who got the $200 loan for baby items, because she is 7 months pregnant. Her contract stated that she was being loaned $200 with a payback amount of $260 in $60 payments, with a final payment of $110, which would total $260, well they got that, then came a charge, saying that she was late on a fast cash payment, when she always had money in her checking account, and they were taking it out automatically so if there was a late payment, UsFastCash would be at fault, with sufficient funds in the checking account.
Now they are taking out more money, for god knows why, from an account that was supposed to be closed. UsFastCash, you will be hearing from our lawyer, as well as many other smart american's law firms!
