Most Fired Without Ever Getting Verbal Warning

I was not even aware when I got my letter, but like most telemarketers at Quicken, I never received a verbal warning. I know of one rep who called out the management since he knew the law. Once (mis) Management were called out, they gave him a verbal warning. This bought him a couple of weeks to find legitimate employment. So everyone should remember to mention this fact to the folks in charge of the class action suit. Also, any current telemarketers going through this, and you need some time to find legitimate employment, use this fact to buy some time and milk a couple weeks more out of these scumbags. Call in sick and go interview constantly.
