Another case of NSF and overdraft charges

This is a report of another case of nsf and overdraft charges. I am certain some hard working taxpaying citizen has been taken advantage of just like my daughter has.

If you have experienced this please email me. I am definitely looking for justice to this very unfair practice.

Wachovia has been charging my daughters checking account nsf and overdraft fees to the tune of $1855.00. When she went to the bank to talk to the manager he told her all he could do is refund $200.00. This unfair practice has been going on since january and because she did not come to them in the beginning they can not go that far back.

What kind of excuse is that? If she knew they were ripping her off back in january i don't think she would have waited until now. Hello does Wachovia really think this is legitament business?
