LPA Debt Solutions / LTA 512-340-0890 Under the pretense of a state appointed Debt Negotiations Specialist, took cash and ran!

Christina Boger, of LPA Debt Solutions shares an office space with another company called LTA who frequently harrass people for what appears to be pay day loans. Just plug in the number into google (512-340-0493) and see what comes up. This company wouldn't give me their address but I have found out that they are in a apt complex in the Arboretum in Austin TX. What Christina does, is research any civil lawsuits pending and then pretends to be a state appointed representative to negotiate debt settlements preying on people that are scared and unsure how to handle the situation. She will send a flyer in the mail, or contact you by phone. She will tell you don't waste your money on a attorney. She charged us a three hundred dollar fee to be our debt negotiation specialist. The only problem is, once you pay her, you end up calling the company and working out arrangements because she doesn't do anything at all once she has your cash.

We came up with a settlement with Wells Fargo, gave her funds to apply it, she took our money and never turned it over to the creditor. We have been asking for funds back for 3 months. She lied and told us it was in the mail, etc. But nothing has shown. After further investigation of the company she is working with and renting space from, there is no doubt that this is a scam.

I drove up to her listed address and found it was a UPS store where she rents an address. Both companies appear to operate out of an apt and therefore do not share an address with anyone who calls. BEWARE!
