FDCPA/RESPA Violations

The worst business. They'll not follow the FDCPA. They donot return telephone calls. They lay about choices when attempting to perform a loan modification. Losing mitigation individuals are misleading. Unfriendly. Tactless. I'm particular we will have them drop the pipes. I watied and discussed together for 20 times after I eventually got a solution in regards to a LOAN MODIFICATION (they'll not get it done) I published my house available. They declined to just accept complete cost agreements about the house. I'm scheduled to foreclose on 4/1/08
