Ripoff abused & mistreated

I have been receiving numerious calls from Cross Country Bank for a credit card they gave my husband. They call my job asking for him, this has been causing problems with my job. I have tried to tell that this is my place of employment, but they said that the number shows to be him. I have told them that my husband is not working at this time, and that we are taking care of my diabetic mother, and sending his child support to his children.

During last phone conversation I was told that we were credit card theifs. That we get credit cards, run them up then refuse to pay the bills. When I told the representavtive that that was slander, he informed me that he only calls them as he sees them.

Not only do these calls disrupt my job, they keep me upset.
