I did what the act 91 said contacted a debt counsling company this cased me to fall further behind finally got into a modification plan death in the family notified them the payment would be short and a few days late. They returned payment Have been tring to get back into another mofification plan to my dismay I call one day get told it will take this to ure the default, less than 24hrs I receive a letter telling me it will take this to clear the default and its 2000.00 more so I call them today to find out the exact $ amount to cure the default and they tell me its more than the figure in the letter I just recieved. Boy maye I should have gone to a long shark! And now they tell me I am in foreclosure so there are additional fees to e added.
