Rick Dennison - John Caputo Absolute Scam - See following for NY Attorney Generals Office Link

First and foremost, DO NOT fall for this scam and authorize this 'company' to charge you or give them any banking account information. Their web site mis represents what you actually receive from them, and their guarantee terms are impossible to meet.

They claim to be able to supply you with links to 10 lenders who will offer you loans for all or a portion of what amount you are seeking. Their fee is based on the amount you are looking to borrow. What you get for that fee is a list of 10 'borrowers' who will loan you money. Sounds great, right?

Not so fast... The creditor list contains a few lenders, none of which handle poor credit clients. Then they list some payday advance sites, which might loan you a couple hundred bucks at an astronomical rate. Ans they list lenders that handle only home equity loans. This means if you are a renter you can not even apply without perjuring yourself. Several also state right on the home page that they do not accept applications from renters.

They have no phone service, you can only e-mail them. They are not pleasant. They get rude and tell you to follow the rebate forms, which state that you MUST send them copies of all denials which you will receive in the mail from the companies that you applied to.

For every scenario you bring to their attention to show how it is impossible for you to even apply, they send you a copy/paste from their terms of service that show how they made you aware of the possibility before you clicked 'I AGREE"

They also claim that this is the only option for a refund, and even state that any attempt to request a refund will cause an immediate rejection of all future refund requests, even IF all the terms are met. Nice customer service, huh?

Rick even went so far as to E-mail me and stated that "We don't lose"

I have contacted the New York Attorney Generals Office, and was instructed to start a complaint and possible charges by filing the form found here:

I have also called the Attorney General for my state (yes, they have jurisdiction as this is inter-state internet commerce) and filed a complaint. They will also look in to this and determine if charges should be filed.

I have received numerous e-mail responses from Rick and John today but as soon as I gave them the option of refunding my money, or my filing with the above offices, the e-mails were unanswered.

If you have fallen victim to this scam, please follow through with the state of New York and your home state. The more complaints and or charges are brought against these criminals, the faster we can prevent them from claiming any more victims.
