BIG Limited Loans
A Scam of a Company and a Complete Nightmare! Don't Use This Company EVER! London England

My husband got a call from this comany back in January after going online to apply for a loan. I found it odd that a payday loan online company would call you like that, after filling everything out and everything checked out A OK! Anyway the person who got on the phone sounded Indian and asked my husband if he was interested in a loan. He put the phone on speaker so i could hear everything. They company was based out of the UK (sorry but I was starting to see red flags) and said that they intially start someone off with a $200 loan then it increases once you're in good standing. Did not mention anything about calling 3 days prior to set up a date to pay back the loan. Anyway, when the time came for the loan to be paid, they didn't take it out of the account. About 2 weeks after the due date, $80 was taken out, then $75 about a week or so after. I called the bank to enquire and told me it came from BIG. When I FINALLY got a contact number, I called and asked them why they were taking out incriments from my account and said that they were loan extensions and we still owed $200 plus service fees. I was pissed and I disputed it. Got credited back and that's when the nightmare began.

They called my husband's place of employment about the loan which really pissed my hubby off. Then we started getting unknown numbers on the phone from them about 4-5 times a day asking about the loand and how much we owed them. We told them that we will pay the initial $200 plus the very exhorbant fees and be done with it. They said fine but it never stopped. This harrassment is just too much to the extent that we want to change our numbers.

Do not use this company, they are a complete scam. They still want us to pay over $300 in fees on top of the $270 that was paid to them. I'm done with this company but they can't seem to get the message.
