I was contacted by RPM about a collection account that i was aware of. I paid them in full the first time they called me (2/5/08) and have yet to receive a receipt or have it cleared off my credit report. I have been denied loans and apartments due to this and i'm fed up. I've called over 20 times and spoken to a variety of indiviuals who seem to not care abot my situation
as of 3/26/08 I still have not received a recipt or any documentation of my payment.

When i speak to the represenatives they are rude and unwilling to take the five minutes to at least fax me the receipt so i can dispute me credit report. I was told they do not fax unless you don't receive a receipt in 30 day, which it's been. I was told a receipt was never sent out and would be in the next thirty days (that passed).

At this point i don't know what to do, i have no hope. I can't seem to get anyone tolisten to me and understand how important this is as far as me getting loans and apartments. What can i do? How can i report this company and get some results?
