I have been dealing with issues since Jan 08. I sent them a payment half. They told me they did not recieve it. They asked me to Fax them a copy of my bank statement. I said I would get a canceled check they told me no that the bank statement would be great. So i blacked everything out all but the 2 payments that were made to them. And they still have not credited it to my account. I just sent them a payment and they RETURNED my check back to me with a letter. Saying amount remitted does not represent the total due. So waht do i do now? They are not going to accepted a check! I never heard of such a thing. Help please.
