Rip off liars

These people sent me a card... Then I realized you had to "PAY" to get it. They stated if the card was not activated in 14 days it was void... I thought ok good... I did not activate it... Then a few days later, I get a bill in the mail, for their "fee". I never activated it.
I sent the card cut in half... Bill and all the crap they sent me. Certified mail... They got it, now we will see if they correct this. I never activated it. And they still were charging me... LIARS!
Stay away from these peopel... So far orchard bank is a decent one to deal with if you have to get a card.
