Harassing me on the phone saying that I owe them moeney that I don't. Won't stop calling

This company has been calling repeatedly for about a year now. I have told them not to contact me by phone ever again on several occasions.

They say that I owe a debt for Southwestern Bell. I told them that I dispute this debt as I have never had Southwestern Bell. They said they had the paperwork in front of them and I owe them money.

This went on and on. They won't stop calling me. I'm even on the Do-not-call list. I need to seek a way to file a lawsuit against them as someone else has said, that is all that they understand.
