Unauthorized charges!

Unsure how they got the creditcardnumber, but we have obtained two costs in one single month = 4.95 & 39.95. I simply named their number shown about the cc declaration 866-380-7147. The woman stated that they provide an endless long-distance calling card to get a 14-day test interval in a cost of 4.95. Following the 2 weeks, they cost 39.95 per month for that support. We never obtained a calling card & never might have approved this cost, not to mention provided the creditcardnumber verbally to some lawyer within the telephone. I actually donot have any thought how they got the creditcardnumber. The card operator (I'm simply his accountant) statements he never actually obtained the calling card. Exactly what a fraud!
