Ripoff dishonest fraudulent deceptive company

I recieved this pre-approved platinum credit card in the mail, and all I had to send, was $45.00 for standard delivery or $49.00 for rush delivery. I thought "GREAT, but someone is mistaking me for somebody else, but why not". Then my boyfriend told me to check them out on the internet to see if they were a fraud, good thing I did.
