Biggest Rip Off Company in the country!

This is my second time of putting a bad rap in on this company. I recently asked help from a legislature's office, to find out what was happening with this company on my behalf, to find out why I had all kinds of money added to my account. It was a worthless try. The man never got any farther than I did. To this day all they have is papers showing that we signed for a loan. Well, we did sign for a re-finance to lower the interest rate. When we did that, all of a sudden we got papers saying we borrowed money. Additional money. NOT!!! Only to refince a previous one for the interest rate. Someone got the money but we did not. I think the woman that did the paperwork did something and she ended up with the money because we did not. We have now paid well over 40,000 on a initial 6,000 loan. When paid we will have paid over 60,000 back to them. If we don't they take our home. I contacted them on several occasions. They get smart with you.., hang up on you. And threaten you with taking your home. Funny thing is they cannot come up with a copy of the check showing where we cashed the amount they say we did. When you question it, they just say " don't pay. We will take your home" just a bunch of real smart asses. That don't care about anything but themselves. They have really trainned their people how to be nasty to people.

Why won't anyone help us? I know they have done this to several people, but no one will take them on... WHY??? Are they that BIG? That even the government can't make them be made to do right by the people they ripped off?
