NCO Financial Systems
The company ripped me off by saying i owed a bank money and i already payed it off with another collection agency and NCO is saying i still owe them about $345.00

I would like to make a report on NCO financial systems because they have been ripping me off, calling me all the time leaving messages and i wouldn't pick up because i knew what they were calling for and i didn't have the cash. When i do get payed i would finally call them and pay some money towards the bill. Everytime i call them to pay my bill my balance would go up higher and i am like why did it do that and Mr. Russell would tell me that it's because my time offer to pay it off expires and i have to pay the full amount and i say i can't do that. They are trying to get as much as they want out of me but it has come to a stop. I would like to try to have all of my monies refunded to me and NCO financial should be sued. Please help me.
