Ripoff no two representatives give the same info or instructions

I have read many of the horror stories that have been submitted and mine is almost a carbon copy. It started when I called on July 30 to make arrangements to make a late payment for July 1st.

I was told that they would take the July payment, spread it over Aug. And Sept. And that yes, I could make 2 half payments of each amount. Three weeks later, after I had sent them 2 half payments I received a notice of possible foreclosure.

When I called them, I was told that there was "No record of that arrangement "in the system" and that my 2 half payments had been applied to "fees" I'm assuming the lawyers who sent me the threatening letter. Since then, like everyone else's I have read, it has been a downward spiral into hell! Every time I call them I get a different representative who tells me that different information about payments and fees are on "their screen" and yet the threatening notices and letters still keep coming.

I'm ready to join a class action suit as well and put these predators through the same hell that they have put me through. All my other creditors are screaming for blood but even they agree that my home should come first. My next step is to file a complaint with the Financial Investigations Div. Of the FL Comptrollers office.
