They addvertized their rates at BANKRATE.com, and when I contacted them, they sent me the qoute and the contracts, we sined the contract and provided all the supporting documents the same day, but they did not answer my phone calls concerning the rate lock. After two weeks of asking them, about the rate lock, they tried to change the rate by more than 1% point. Although all the information and signed contract was provide to them the first day. These are bunch of con artists and rip-off specialists.
