Wrongful practice done by GE Money!

Why do Americans have to deal with someone over seas? In this case Shirley in India, I am nothing against her, #1 I could not understand her, #2 She does not know what is going on. But then again, I really don't GE Money gives a crap (trying to keep it clean here). All they want - is the almighty $. For anyone who wants to deal with GE Money, I guess that is your choice, but me - I am staying the hell away from them. Thanks for letting me air out my frustration.
