This same company contacted me in July of 07 with threats that they would take me to court with a big lawsuit. After being worried, I reluctantly gave them my account number and the name of my bank. I didn't give them the routing number or the address to the bank, but they still got my information anyway. They have been drawing from my account monthly. After attempts to get my account information from them showing my remaing balance and my payments, I have recieved nothing. I don't really know what to do now besides change my account information. Is there anything else I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
