Unfair Debt Collection Practives, Froze bank Account

I like many of you have just recently had a very bad experience with this collection agency. We just found out yesterday they froze our bank account, even though they were told i was filing Chapter 7 and given my attorneys name and number. Plus I already had a judgement that my wages are being garnished for. My understanding is that in NY State only one judgement at a time can be collected. When I sent them the documents via fax showing the previous judgement, they now will not respond. Unfortunately its the weekend and my attorney's office is closed. How can this company still be in business with so many violations to the FDCP PL 95-109? Any advise???
