Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I was sent a postcard offering to help better my credit. His company was suppose to provide a way for my to better my credit rating. The charge was $199.99 for the initial package which includes $500.00 in grocery store coupons, coupons for a 35mm camera, 100 rolls of film, and their catalog. Due to the cost I changed the date to activate this account twice, finally I decided it just was not worth the money.

I called before the activation date of my account to cancel. I was told after a last bit effort to sale me the product that the account would be cancelled. That was not true the money was taken out of my checking account. When I called company that indicates all calls are recorded the was only record of my postponing the activation, none of my cancelling the activation. I was told that because I could not remember the name of the person I spoke to I shold just enjoy the benefits.
