Places A Hold On A Credit And Waits For A Larger Debit To Come In So You Will Have 2 Overdraft Fees Instead Of One

I made a credit card payment to Direct TV on monday morning and it was being processed and had been taken off of my available funds on Tuesday morning.
On Wed., a rent check came in and they put that first in line ahead of the smaller credit which was already being processed and had been in the systems two days before. The net result was that the larger check made me overdrawn on that check but because they flip-flopped the posting on the smaller one and decided to post it after the big check, this now created 2 OD's instead of 1.

I had the funds for the first one and put it in several days before. It should have cleared, but they held it, put it behind a larger check and then submitted it after the larger one bounced and this of course bouced as well.
This is totally illegal and unethical. I got charged $70 in OD fees and should have only gotten half of that.
There are worthless scum bags! I'm going to do everything I can to get even with Wachovia
