Creative Solution Groups / Jeffrey J Magnus Came in as a consultant, charged $35K in 4 weeks, did nothing to help the company

Mr Magnus came into my sons company and made promises he was unable to fullfill. He discredited management to the employees, and made promises to employees that he was not authorized to do.

When he was asked to verify his credentials, he avoided the situation and had the people inquiring about his validity removed from the company. He was authorized to come into the company as a consultant by our sons business partner, whom does not play an active role in the every day operations of running the business, (and resides across the country from the location of the business). Mr. Magnus also had my son (the CEO) leave the company for a week, as to convince the employees that he had been mismanaging his company. This action caused the company to lose several thousands of dollars, due to my son being the marketing, and operations manager.

Upon the removal of Mr Magnus from the company, he managed to convince the book keeper to pay him funds that the owners were refusing to pay, due to Mr Magnus not producing the results they required of him. This action put an additional financial strain on an already suffering company.

The website Mr. Magnus produced, per our request, seems to come and go as though it can be turned on and off. I have not been able to find a physical address linked to it. Nor have I been able to find additional information on this company. (Mr Magnus is not responding to my emails). I think this is a hoax.
