Homecomings
They wont help me to find out why they keep esculating my escrow

I am in a frenzy again homecomings sent another tax payment to my town. They paid it on 1/11/08 and than paid it again 1/24/08 noone will help me
Due to this i held a payment from them

When i called yesterday to do a payment they said i had a 174 credit i have no idea why. They couldnt explain! I emailed that suppose to be a customer person Faye and all i got wwas an automated response i am trying to refinance and it is taking lon and found out my deed is wrong

Can anyone email me with some help???

I need to fix this my escorw reads taxes paid 1123 escrow balance 1465 there is a definite error soemwhere!
Why dont they hire ones who understand what is needed to be done

They dont even record that you called they jsut yes you!!
