Afca, hsbc, ais Services, billcollector they are trying to get money from a judgement proof disabled person aggressively

This was over 8yrs. Ago i recieved an offer from afca on a credit card. When i received this card it was not from the so-called uncb as stated instead it was from hsbc [which i now know is one of the worst if not worst bankcards ]it was my first card.

Well lets cut to the chase. I always pay my bills on time [if there was a delay i always called to inform them] i never had any delays w/them always paid on time. They kept adding and charging fees on this card. I tried several times to cancel this card [visa]well anyway they were very rude and insolent and kept hanging up on me. It got to the point where i get sick and tired of being disrespected as a consumer. I kept trying to make a payment plan that i could afford [that would not put me in further hardship.]

Well anyway they sigged this collection agency on me. I only owe about five hundred on this card now they trying to get over $1400 from me plus intrest im on ssi ive been disabled all my life. They keep taking me to court [even though i wrote them [ais ] stating that i am judgement proof and that this is harrassment. The stress this has caused is immense. I can barely function as a result of this. I have to force myself to eat and everything. I cannot enjoy anything as a result of this. Thank you for listening.
