Corupt policies us bank bilking millions of dollars from its customers warning to customers

As a former US BANK customer of years, I have heard of and experienced horrific unethical business practices by US BANK.US BANK boasts to its managers and enforces strict bank policies with its numerous branches that US BANK always COMES FIRST and CUSTOMERS LAST. They boast that over 50% of their revenue comes from Over Draft charges.

I have experienced numerous such incidents where US BANK paid a check or Bank Card purchase that was as little as $3.00 over my available funds and then US BANK assessed my account $37.50 for providing me $3.00 that I didn't know that I was short in my account balance.US BANK takes funds out for service fee's, and other bank fee's from time to time without noticing customers first. Its Ok, its in the small print when you open your account!

And if I was as short even. 50 Cents, US BANK has returned a check and levied one or more $37.50 over draft charges on my account. If I didn't pay them, they said I would be reported to Check Systems a bank reporting service that reports risk customers.in essence I would be black balled from being able to open an account at another bank.

I believe that these threats by US BANK to its customers, according to my attorney are EXTORTION.

Two people that I know are former US BANK managers, both of them told me that they quit because they felt US BANK Ripped People Off.US BANK told these managers and it is common knowledge that US BANK pride themselves in taking over draft fees and rating and giving BONUS'S it managers for earned income (over drafts) on branch levels. Thus US BANK managers hesitate to credit over drafts charges back to customers even when they feel that their customers have been Ripped Off by US BANK. Because US BANK watches their cash cow that rips its customers off, managers get bonuses for helping the bank manage unethical services and managers can be fired for going against US BANKS deceitful doings.

Do the math US BANK is in the top ranking banks and it earns its position taking "Over Drafts". They don't advertise that over 50% of their revenue comes from "Over Drafts"

I urge anyone and everyone that reads this article to post your stories on this website for the US BANK customers and employees to read.

If enough victims come forward, a huge law suit against US BANK and possible government investigations for underhanded and unethical practices can be set against US BANK.
