HomeSurveys (www.home-survey-workers.com) ran an unauthorized charge on my credit card. When called, they said it was because I had not responded, cancelled within the 7 day "opt-out" period. It had been only 5 days since I had authorized the first charge of $2.95. My understanding is that the "opt-out" policy is illegal. Especially when they do not wait until their "7 day period" is up.
