Right to cancel notice to borrowers

I was reading all the information on ameriquest and i have too been a victim. I have worked on this for 1 year, first with housing counselors (reallyt no help and a waste of taxpayers money) next with state funded agencies (again no help) legal aid (you guessed it, no help) worked with state attorney generals office and they have limited authority and refer you to other branchs that can sue.

I finally contacted jim oberstar and received a letter from him asking how he can help. I intend to write to him today.

My home was forclosed on by ameriquest on feb. 6 2008 after i was forced into bankruptcy (7) which of course the court granted a relief from stay for those greedy low lifes. Now i have received a certified letter from ameriquest about there truth in lending practices and that borrowers are challenging that. It says that you had the right to cancel the mortgage for three years! The only notice i ever got was three days. So i am going to challenge them. (i only have a week because they didn't send it until feb 19,08 and i received it on feb, 25,08) nice of them when i have been trying to stay afloat for over a year!
