This type of person crooks and have to be shut down today! They promise to "assist" t/a deferrment, but only when you pay the overdue amounts. When i informed john (a 30/90 evening overdue selections superviser) that i'd attempt to pay b 4 the finish on february only when he sent me the arrangement i'd obtain the deferrment. To day i nevertheless have'nt obtained the fax from him. I settled promptly for 6/7 weeks promptly and was injured and was on disability. I named them and asked for support a got threats. I ceased their use of my account and they went nuts. Threats of leins on my property and sueing me for that complete amount. If there's legal action against them, count me in.
