Fifth Third Bank
I get a runaround and no answers for overdraft fees that shouldn't be there!

Fifth third bank is a big ripoff. I deposited my checks on a Sat morning and on a Tuesday when I called for my balance I was told my balance and it was well over a thousand dollars more than I had planned on spending. This is the 3rd time I had this happen to me this year. The last time this happened to me I had to go fight to get the fees reversed. I ate the first time of $297 the second time the fees were only $99 and this last time is $198.

I have been treated like an ignorant dog from all the customer service reps. The Vice president at my bank has not returned my calls all day and seems to too busy for my little problem I need rectified. When you are told a balance on the 800 number do not take it for reality, at least thats what i am told from the supervisor. What a scam they have pulled on me and I promise they will not hear the end of it
