Ripoff never received card consumer fraud swindler false promises

We received the form in the mail. There are a lot of ads for credit cards, but this fee seemed reasonable.
We needed a credit card to get our credit back in line.
We sent the form back with our $49.00 check. That was on Sept. 27. They cashed it about 1 week later, on or about Oct. 4.

It is now Oct. 17 and no credit card has arrived. I told my husband that I had an inkling it was a scam. I checked the net and here was this website.

This letter is to report this scam and to see if I can recover my $49.00. Thank you.
