Ripoff consumer fraud screwed others too

Just Like many others they charged me 29.95 to send me
my card. Which I never received, sent me a package which from the first convesation, I said I did not want.
When I called the lady send back the package, and a satement showing my account being debited, and some would be contacting me about the situation which should take about fourteen days. Still know one has contacted me.
I hope there is some way those of us who have been scammed can get our money back.
