Hi, I'm a 28 year old single mother of four. I have been trying to establish credit for the longest, then oneday I got a phone call from capital financial card telling me that they will give me the credit I've been waiting for. At first I kinda thought something was wrong, but the young lady over the phone kept saying that at how the money would be debited from my account and onto my new Capital Financial Card with a 2000 dollar cash advance. I thought okay that sounds great, so I gave her permission to debit the money out my account, which was done immediatly. When I called to find out what was going on, I like most of the other compliants got a low recording, saying for me to call back another time. I decided to wait. I just received my package today and I'm very upset.in my package they sent me 3 catologs and four $50 dollar voulchers which total $200, the $200 is the 200 that they debited from my account and now I have to only spend those voulchers ONLY with their catologs. The lady on the phone said nothing about this, she said I was going to be able to withdraw money from the atm and establish credit. She also said I would have a visa or master card logo on my capitol financial card. Everything she told me was a lie. I hope that someone will put a stop to this company because this is a scam and the people working their should be responsible for their actions they tell you nothing but lies and now im 200 dollars in debut and stuck with these voulchers that im not going to use. I keep calling and a lady keeps hanging up on me. I need help bad just like others in this situation, if someone else read this and is in the same situation PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT don't just take it as a lost, say somthing about it THANK YOU.
