Cheating Employees out of Money

I'm presently a worker at Quiznos in Mooresville NC. I've a listing with atleast 12 titles and amounts of those who have worked therein the final 3 months. None of the next individuals have received their last inspections out of this specific Quiznos. Lately among my inspections (in addition to all the additional workers) have returned after I transferred it in my own banking account. Next occurred I did receive a reimbursement, however the check I received next was a hand-written check (not really a business check) and so I didn't get my pay-stub. I don't understand how much was removed from my check, or if it had been actually proper. I had been also shorted 21 hours on a single of my inspections. I'd proof of it and offered it to my supervisor who allegedly "dropped" them, and so I needed to search for more evidence. I ultimately discovered evidence he owed me atleast 13 hours out-of that 21, and in the place of providing it to him I'd him create a backup. I still haven't observed that 13 hours.

Along with this, who owns the Quiznos lamps his workers out BEFORE we are done functioning. That we understand to get a truth is illegal. I make certain the supervisor creates along the hours after which signals it, but because the hours weren't documented from the pc the cash doesn't appear on our inspections regardless...
