Quiznos
Bad attitude

It was around 6:40 pm on the date listed and being diabetic I needed to eat. I enjoy Quiznos sandwiches and saw this one posted on the road side signs. I got off, found the restaurant went in and was told by the employee that they were closed, and this was done with no pleasantness on her part at all. I traveled several miles up route 95 and found another Quiznos whos employees were very surprised that what I told them had happened as they not suppose to close early that night.

Since that incident I have sent two emails to Quiznos with no response whatsoever. You call their customer service number and it directs you to the website and then go dead. I have not eaten in one of their restaurants since and don't plan on it till I receive a response from this company. I find them and that employee to be very unprofessional in dealing with a customer.
