False Advertising. Bought Prepaid (They Advertised as) wasn't Prepaid Had to Suscribe. Name Address, social security number. Cannot get refund. Automated phone cant get through

Card comes sealed in blue package. Front Page says Prepaid Visa Card, Back Page says Prepaid Card. Middle Page sealed with rubber cement.

False advertising!!!

Bought Card with $8.94 surcharge-have no problem with that. Paid $50.00

Total. This card is not a prepaid card or I would be able to use it now!!!

THE Problem: Opened Middle page (still stuck together with rubber Glue) and found out the fine Print. They want want Name, Address and Social Security Number. Not Prepaid Card Not Like Walmart Gift Card i.E. Pay, get card and use.

I have not opened seal on card. Tried to take back to walmart. Was told could would not refund-call the number on the blue package. 1-877-937-4068 which is a automated telephone line and no matter how many times i called i could not get a live person.

Went to www.WALMARTMONEYCARD.com for help no help there.
Called store I purchased card from. Said to come in and talk about it
Did have a mailing Address you could write to.
