Santa Ana California credit card scam, over 50 consumer complaints on this web site alone

Business & Finance

I sent for a capitalcredit gold card with a credit limit of 15000.00 limit thinking it was a real credit card as they try to make it seem. What you get is a gold colored paper card with a long number on it that has to be used in the catalog they send you. When i recieved this paper card i got mad. I called them to complain about the deception they presented. I told them i wanted my 37.00 back and the man said it was not a problem. He told me to send everything back in the original envelope, which i did. I talked with the man on 9-20-00@12:27 ga. Time. He said he was putting a note in his computer that i was sending the materials back. Well i did my part including paying the postal fees to have it returned. I am still waiting on my money. I called on
11-13-00 to ask where my refund was and all i got was a recording that they had phone difficulties and i could send them something on their fax or use the postal service and they would respond to everything by regular mail. Well if their fax works so does their phones. I checked their web site (www.capitalcredit.com)
and there is no way to e-mail their customer service (haha) as if they were interested in customer service. Thank you. I need help!
