This is my third year using turbotax.in previous years this program was great. I always got my refund before expected. The refund check was always bigger than what I could have gotten without professional tax help.
Now, THIS YEAR, I filed my taxes for the first time about a month ago and have been rejected 4 times. Apparently the IRS has a glitch in their system due to rounding errors. Hmmm. Never happened before, but nonetheless I am in the dark as to when I will get my check.
I did actually speak to a human a few days ago who had no real answers for me except to say that I could wait for an email and then try filing again. He was a very pleasant person, but a person with no powers to remedy my situation. He asked me to fill out a survey regarding his handling of the situation and I obliged. He was doing his job to the best of his ability so why not?
Well, I did fill it out and spent some time letting the company know that I would most likely not be using their program again or recommending it. I hit send... And then a nice error page came up and told me that the turbotax support page was unavailable. Thank you, I am very aware that Turbotax is unavailable
Including this rant I have wasted far too much time and energy on the product. I wish there was a way for me to get my money back and give it to a company who appreciates my business.
