Charged my account continually after i attempted to chat with someone to cancel, could not get through on phone

My account was being charged 3 differant charges a day from the same company. When I checked my bank account I did not have a clue who it was. I attempted several times to call the # listed on the checks they generated. Then i tried to get on line to speak to someone (live chat) could not get through there either. I am very frustrated that my account with my bank keeps getting fees for something I do not even know about. I have made stop payments several times which costs money everytime. I just need to find a way to get this to stop.
As a single parent I can not afford to have my bank account messed up nor my credit because of some ass company that takes pleasure in taking advantage of people. It is illegal what they are doing and I just don't know what to do next!!!
