I have been dealing with Litton for 7 months now, I sent them a loan mod in november 07, with a check, they sent the check back in jan 08 informing me that they did not recieve the paper work. I then called for 3 days 4 to 5 times a day and left messages, they did not call back. I called the Division of Banks in MA. They gave me a person to call, I called and got a Deeann, I asked her about the loan mod and she said they sent me another one in dec, which I did not get. She said they could not approve the first one because it would put to much on the end of the loan, 1st lie, I thought they did not get the paper work. So I asked if I was in foreclosure they said yes april 12th, I TOLD HER i have not recieved any notice about that, and could we attempt another mod she said yes I WILL BE SENDING YOU ANOTHER ONE LIE 2, three days later I RECIEVED A certified letter from there attorney about foreclosing on march 17th, 3 days later the sherriff shows up, I CALL AGAIN no one calls back, I NOW CANT GET ANOTHER MORTGAGE BECAUSE my credit is ruined and I am in forclosure. No other bank will help, I have been jerked around for months, WE now have the money to pay monthly but they raised the mortgage to 2200.00 a month which I CANT afford. The broker told me to keep my chin up at least I wasnt in the twin towers or new Orleans, nice. Does anybody know how to fight these people. I have been married 30 years and have 6 children at home the oldest is 14, where aRE WE SUPPOSE TO GO WHO CARES?
