This is a follow up to my report yesterday 10/14. I canceled the $30 withdrawls and told the company to get lost. Today I went to the bank and did a stop payment on the the company just in case they decided they were going to pull it anyway.

The bank said that I could sign an afidavit and try to get last months payment back. I decided at that point to cut my losses and run. The afidavit might however help some of you. Ask your bank if you can reverse the charges and get your money back. The way it was explained to me was that I signed a paper saying I had followed all of their rules and they had charged me anyway. With the larger amounts it would probably result in a lawsuit but you would get your day in court.

I hope this helps. I am waiting for them to call me again and ask if I recieved their tapes. I will record the call, ask some leading questions and then tell the caller to get up and run out before she/he is charged with fraud.
