Belligerent Staff, Unreturned Calls and Foreclosure Proceedings

The staff is very belligerent and degrading, literally yelling at the customer. They are adamant that their records are correct without question, will not discuss. Offer help when behind on payments, but do not return calls or requests forcing additional problems and ultimately foreclosure proceedings. Phone calls constantly get disconnected in the middle of the transferring process.
