We've an individual checking and company bank account equally with numerous charge cards through BOA. Because of the housing market, we turned behind about the company creditcard payments. My partner notified BOA of the problem that they decided to consider 35 pennies about the buck for that 2 charge cards for company, but having a cost program. A week ago, the picked MY OWN consideration for 100PERCENT owed on 1 card and 50% owed about the additional, creating anything else I'd to facility. I'm shutting my records. They claim they're "inside their right" per our charge card contract.
