Unauthorized debits keep reaccuring out of my checking account

When I recieved a call from Nick Orlandos from the credit exchange this smooth talker talked me into signing up for their ridicilous debt consolidation program. I called to cancel withing the next few weeks deciding the program was not for me.

They told me to fax in a cancellation letter. I did so. The money was still withdrawn from my account. Calling again to let them know, they assured me that it would not happen again and I would probably not get a refund on my money for that month.

Sure enough a month later on the designated date the funds were once again withdrawn from my account. I contacted my bank to put a stop payment once and for all, hopefully it works.

If anyone has delt with these crooks please let me know what i need to do to get them to stop.
